The cost of return depends on the shipping method you choose during purchase. The return cost is the responsibility of the returner.
We do not accept returns from companies (does not apply to sole proprietorships in the case referred to in Article 38a of the Act on Consumer Rights in connection with Article 385( 5) Civil Code)

COMPLAINT
The customer has the right to submit a complaint regarding the concluded contract. If you wish to submit a complaint, please contact us by phone or e-mail and the details will be agreed. The Seller recognizes the complaint within 14 days from the date of its receipt.
We would like to inform you that for buyers who are not consumers, the goods we sell are fully excluded from warranty, in accordance with the provisions of the Civil Code.
Limitation of the right of withdrawal:
Item that will be permanently combined with other items after delivery . E.g.: car oil that you pour into your car.
